Siddal's music gets a very remoted touch, not only because of the elfish, faiylike voice of Elaine Winters. Even if Siddal is comparable with the Cranes, one has always the impression that they deliberately try to break down the closed harmony through unexpected subtle breaks. Elaine's heavenly voice fits perfect in Richard's light guitar playing.
